1. Who we are

The Family Folder is published by NLF DIGITAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 312 W 2nd St Unit #A2299, Casper, WY 82601. You can reach us at contact@thefamilyfolder.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital documents in PDF format: guided pages, checklists and letter templates that help you record practical information for your family. Nothing is posted to you. The files are delivered by email and on the confirmation page straight after payment.

3. Not legal, tax or financial advice

The Family Folder is an organizer and a source of general information. It is not a will, it does not create or change any legal document, and it is not legal, tax or financial advice. Rules and figures change, and your situation may differ. Before you make a decision that matters, speak to an attorney or a licensed advisor. The edition sold on this site is written for the United States. Probate and some taxes are set by each state; the folder gives the federal rules and shows where to check yours. Customers who bought the England and Wales edition keep access to it.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable, calculated by state. Each purchase is a single payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Whop, our payment partner and reseller, which may appear on your statement and which collects any applicable taxes.

5. Delivery

You receive your files immediately after payment, by a link on the confirmation page and by email. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder, then write to us and we will send it again.

6. Your right to cancel, and our guarantee

The files are supplied immediately at your request. Instead of a cancellation period, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, described in our refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. What you may do with the files

You may print and fill in the files for yourself and for members of your household, as many times as you need. You may not resell them, share them publicly or distribute them outside your household.

8. Keeping your information safe

We never see what you write in your folder. The files stay on your own device or on paper. You are responsible for keeping them somewhere safe.

9. Our liability

We take care to keep the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date for every situation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state or country where you live.

11. Customer reviews and photos

The reviews shown on this site are real reviews written by buyers of The Family Folder. First names shown with each review may be shortened or lightly edited to protect buyer privacy.

Photos on this site are illustrative. Some show models, staged scenes or images created for us. People shown in photos are not necessarily customers, and a photo placed next to a review does not mean it shows the person who wrote it. The pages you receive are the ones listed in the description of each folder.
