You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for your money back, for any reason.

How to ask

Write to contact@thefamilyfolder.com from the email address you used to buy, or tell us that address. You do not need to explain why, and there is no form to fill in.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 2 business days and refund the full amount to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. You may keep the files.

After 30 days

If something is wrong with the files themselves after that period, write to us and we will put it right.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
